The can says equal parts so is it fair to say I can mix one can of forumla with one can of water?

Be careful when you open the can - you have to use that full can within 24 hours of the time it is mixed. It could possibly make your baby sick or have a tummy ache. Maybe try 1/2 a can at a time - depending on how old your little one is. And keep it in a closed container in the fridge, so it won't be 'contaminated' by anything else. Your baby's system is very sensitive, so be careful.

for liquid formula, yes, it's one can of formula to one can of water. But remember that once you open the can the formula is only good for 24 hours refrigereated.
