The only place I know that sells unusual boots is www.sheplers.com. I know it's not in surrey but they are brill and have a sale on at the moment. Why don't you check them out?

There's a very good unusual boot shop in Soho called "Details". It's just off Wardour Street (sorry can't remember the name of the road itself but if you walk around the back of The Queens Theatre you will see it right in front of you). The boots are gorgeous and very good quality (Italian), but you may find them a little bit pricey - £150.00-£250.00, believe me, they're worth every penny and the owner is more than willing to haggle. I have a collection of boots/shoes from there (mens of course) and just adore them.
