I once knew this guy, Kabous, who was able to get out of difficult situations quite effectively or should I say imaginatively. And he never got into any trouble. He could lie or explain himself out of any situation. Our teacher once asked him why he was late and he replied that the sign outside said: "SCHOOL AHEAD. GO SLOW". Any other stories like these? If not, be creative and make one up! Same procedure as last...best story gets best answer. Another fun question, guys. I'm tired of all the bickering.

LOL! Skerp storie!

I know this is not the answer to your question but here is a story for you!

One night a women asks her husband to stop by the shop and buy her some snails after work. In the shop he saw one of his friends and decided to quickly go for a drink (or 10 that is).

So after a loooooooong while, he realised that he is gonna be in BIG trouble, realising what time it is, so he left the bar.

As he got into the driveway, he knew he had to make a plan...

As his furious wive opened the door, she saw her husband, with the snails on the floor, saying: COME ON GUYS, WE'RE ALMOST THERE!!!!!

Sorry no stories, but yours have definitely brought a smile to my face and to answer the question yes, I think South Africans are smart, hard working and very resourceful. Somehow we always fall on our feet!

Well the group of 20 Mexicans wanted to cross over the border but they did so in pairs. Someone ask them why they only crossed in two's and one pointed to the sign that read "No Tres'passing".

Indeed they are. Twice they've had me suspended. Only to have me rise up like Michael Myers in 'Halloween.'
