I havent decided and could use some input. Lieberman has been there for 18 years and is good, but he does side with Bush alot.
Ned Lamont is new and doesnt have much experience with this, but I have a problem with him because he does live in one of the wealthiest towns in CT and you would think at heart he would really be a Republican

I voted for Lamont this morning

He may be new and inexperienced, but despises the war in Iraq as much as I do.

I voted Democrat today, and I like Lieberman. I believe there's WAY too much partisanship out there. I vote for people who put the nation above the Party. Ned Lamont is just as bad as Tom Delay. I may not always agree with Lieberman, but I have 100% confidence that he looks closely at the issues rather than just doing what his Masters at the DNC tell him to do. He has a conscience and a backbone.

If we had more Liebermans and the like - something might get done!

Lieberman is more for the working man then Lamont who is an elitist that managed to scrape enough votes from kids who's parents are paying for their current university tour. Lieberman has voted time and again for the Democratic party line. The fact is neither he nor Lamont have a lot of say over the Iraqi War and are not going to pull out the troops if it endangers the US. Lamont may try, but he'll be outnumbered even in his own party.

I would vote for Lamont. Joe Lieberman is far too cozy with Bush and the Republicans, and I'd be willing to bet that if the Republicans retain control of the senate he'll switch to republican.

e Joe Lieberman, even though I don't agree with his position on the war. Lamont is an antisemite and made some nasty comments about Mrs. Lieberman's name. I am against all bigotry our various cultures is what makes the US great

TY for trying to cast a good and informed vote
Ignore the idiots who answer
Not all those in the GOP are bad Lincoln Chaffee from RI is a good senator
Your choice is a tuff one but you sound more comfy with Lieberman
Besides the real battle seems to be in the house where the Dems have to win to bring some balance back to Govt
