Yeah, most of the players he has worked with don't like him, not only Italians, but look at the Cassano case he was happy to have Capello at Real Madrid 2 months ago and now he insults him, wants to leave etc and he had worked with Capello before too. I have always thought, I continue to think and I will always think, even if he wins sth this year (not very probable) that his methods of work with the players are the worst. He always wants to be the general and the players some little people that just have to execute his orders, he can do whatever he wants with them without even listening to their requests once in a while. I think he takes an arrogant and unfriendly attitude towards the team and that makes players distant from him, I think. In fact he and Mourinho use quiet the same methods, coz of that they are the prototype of the coach I don't wish to manage my fav team ever.

I used to like Real before Capello got there and now that he won't let Beckham play, I really want him to fall flat on his face. I feel sorry for all of the other player, I like Guti.

I couldn't tell you, that's the first I heard them say anything against Capello!
BTW: He is very strict I have to agree there!

Not all the italian players hate him, even some foreigners :)
anyway, he pretends so much from them and never cares about their name or skill. he let them play only if it is worth and they feel good
