Jeez I dont knwo what I was thinking.


VIRGINIA


Shall Section 14 of Article IV of the Constitution of Virginia be amended by
deleting the provision that prohibits the incorporation of churches, a provision that was
ruled to be unconstitutional and therefore now is obsolete?

I can tell you about Ohio, but not much else. In Ohio it is a measure to put a minimum wage into the constitution. To me that type of thing does not belong in the constitution but rather a measure done by the legislature than can be readily changed by them as necessary.

Different states have different questions...read the explanation, they usually take that down so an eighth grader can understand it.
If you agree with what they want to do, vote yes, if you don't agree, vote no.
