3ax+4by-2ay-6bx
=3ax-6bx-2ay+4by
=3x(a-2b)-2y(a-2b)
=(3x-2y)(a-2b)
2ax-2by+ay-4bx
=2ax-4bx+ay-2by
=2x(a-2b)+y(a-2b)
=(2x+y)(a-2b)
so 3ax+4by-2ay-6bx over2ax-2by+ay-4bx
=3ax+4by-2ay-6bx /2ax-2by+ay-4bx
=(3x-2y)(a-2b)/(2x+y)(a-2b)
= (3x-2y)/(2x+y)

(3ax+4by-2ay-6bx)/(2ax-2by+ay-4bx)
=[2(2by-ay)+3x(a-2b)]/[(2x(a-2b)-(2b-ay)]

Sorry, that's the best that can be done.

You could say, let A = 2by-ay and B = a-2b
then you coud write the expression as (2A +3xB)/2xB-A)
