Are we trying to wait until the terrorists are GONE? When might that happen?

setting time limits for poor people is one thing, getting politicians to do anything is another.

It's a matter of environment.

Time limits to get a job in a country that offers many jobs and has a full unemployment section of the newspaper? OK

Time limits to tip off the terrorists in a hostile environment when we'll be leaving, so they can just lay low until we're gone? Not OK.

They are becoming self-reliant, but with all the terrorists, its hard to just let them off on their own, so easily. And saying a time table would be a huge mistake

EDIT: Not wait until the terrorists are gone, but rather until they are subdued more.
