No one knows because the concept of Singularity is metaphysical and not supported by the laws of physics or math.

the only point of singularity is a time about 10 to the minus ninety-five of a second from zero,after the universe came into existence.
No other singularity can exist.
It would have to be a point of infinite density,which can not be!

I think you mean "Singularity" not like the cell phone company ;-)

It occurs when a hypothetical zero volume point in space contains an infinite mass
