You might need to be switched to a different pill. I have endometriosis, which means I have horrible menstrual cramps that actually send me to the emergency room. Now that I'm on the pill I don't have them anymore. Talk to your GYN about getting you switched onto something else.

Maybe you need a different pill.
not all of them are as effective for cramps. At one time I thought they were all good for cramps, but apparently it is not true.

Most women have to try a few different ones before they get the best pill for them. Tell your gynecologist what your symptoms are and what you hope the pill will do for you (besides the obvious preventing pregnancy) My midwife informed me that there are pills that can help with different hormonal problems such as acne, cramps, bloating, etc. So go back and talk to the gyno.

good luck!

Maybe it could be IBS, irratable bowel syndrome. Are you drinking enough water? Staying away from caffein products? That helped me. Eat yogurt to keep normal.

And don't smoke either, not good, never was good for your health. Stay strong, drink milk too!

Unless your having dairy problems. Allergic to milk. Getting cramps after drinking dairy? You need lactose pills. Made by Lactaid.

Many women have problems with cramping because they are not getting enuff magnesium and calcium in their diet. Try taking a calcium-magnesium-zinc tablet with each meal daily, and double the dose when and if you have cramps. A high potency multiple vitamin with minerals would be helpful too. Good luck!
