Nothing has a 100% guarantee of safety. If the condom is the right kind, correctly put on at the right time and if it doesn't break it is pretty safe

A condom is 100% safe as long as you only use it to masturbate. In any other application they are not 100% effective thus pregnancy or STI's can result. That is not to say don;t use a condom, it is just a warning that they can fail to offer 100% protection. I believe the success rate is 90% or more though which is way superior to using nothing.

Some thoughts:
- Condoms are known to break if the sexual activity is to rough.
- There are a couple sexually transmittied conditions that are tiny enough to pass through the latex of a condom.
- And they are of little use if guys don't or won't put them on.

The one place where they usually succeed is in use as water balloons - when thrown at or dropped on someone, they most often break and soak your target - hehe.

What makes you think a condom is 100% safe. Safe in what ? Preventing pregnancy or a STD? Safe for you to use? Nothing is 100% 'safe'. It even says in the literature that it isnt 100%.
