I was wanting to use a phone I have gotten but I need to convert it to a prepaid. Can I do that and if so what company will do it?

Yes you can do that, and any pre paid sim card should work.

If this could be a bypass telephone from AT&T, confident. merely a random prepaid cellular gained't paintings. no longer all prepaid cells (I doubt very a lot of them to boot) use sim enjoying cards; some vendors, like Verizon, do no longer use sim enjoying cards. merely p.c... up a bypass telephone from AT&T and use that.

Yea, just call and your cell phone and they will do it, but make sure that your contract is up.
