Both have their advantage and disadvantages which depends on individual outlook. which means what is your purpose for it?
Living? or investing..?
You have ur own money or u will arrange finance...

if u want to live in it and arranging a bank loan.... then you should buy constructed house as you can avail the tax benefit arising out of of you EMI.

If you have your own money and looking for investment only then you should go for unconstructed land as the resale value for it is higher than compared.
