i have no sypmtons at all except it hurts inside when i'm about to stop peeing is this a urinal infection or water infection what are these things please help.

there is no water infection.. its called a UTI ..urinary tract infection.... it needs treatment with antibiotics,....

i have never heard of a water infection but a UTI - urinary tract infection has symptoms like pain and burning when passing urine. Also high fever and lack of appetite. It is best to see your doctor if you experience any of these as UTI's can get very painful.
