I have a male friend and told me that he found a new partner,,,we live far away from eachother but should i be upset,,he states that HE wouldnot wait around because i have a boyfriend,,he needs to start his life now,,,,,,,,CAN WE STILL REMAIN FRIENDS!!!!!!!!!!

Why would you be upset if your friend found someone to date? You're just friends, right? You should be happy for him. If you have a b/f surely you don't expect your "friend" to be by himself forever just because he's your friend? Of course you can still be friends. Is there more to your relationship than friendship? If so, you aren't being very fair to him to expect him to wait while you run around with your current b/f.

yes...but it seems that your not happy for his decision to start his life now by having a new partner...so i doubt of your sincerity to stay friend to him....accept the fact that he also has the right to be happy just like you...and everything would be fine if ever you have decided to stay friends to him.

It depends on if he still wants to talk to u he feel angry and hurt and when guys get hurt they get angry and start acting possessive and idiotic about u. But they do that because they really like u and they don't want anyone else to have u.He really cares about u he was probally hurt .

u know thiz mixed feelin' happens in a boy gal friendship .. But if u luv this guy , ...i think it's better to tell him how u feel & if u r not interested , juss let him date other gals . There is no point for u to get angry coz he got someone for himself. Keep well my babes

yes it is possible. you have to learn to be happy for your friend in their happiness. i have the same thing. but i am happy to hear he is happy. maybe one day we will eventually be together..
