Any one out there know of a small acerage with house and out buildings that would be willing to do a land contract deal til our house sells in Omaha, Nebraska. looking in the Iowa Area between Denison and Omaha,.
Husband does remodeling and construction so can do own fix up on place.. Abandon houses fine.. any help will be appreciated in finding a place.

You really want to live in western Iowa?? :) Just kidding. I'd start by googling for all the realty firms in bigger towns. Call them and tell them exactly what you just said. Many times realtors won't advertise old or abandoned places because of the cost of the newspaper ads. But there's always one somewhere in the back of their file that they never thought they'd sell.
