What option would you recommend to my friend Santosh who has a UK BA, MA & MBA in Economics & Marketing. He has never lived in India, and is dreading having to go there, but needs to find a way to get around the work permit issue so he can stay in the UK.

The only expereicne I've got as a recruitment consultant of compaines offering work permits is for highly skilled (not just qualified) individuals in technical/scientific jobs.

He can work as a cab driver or a janitor but that usually requires an Indian with a Phd in astrophysics, not just a MBA!

If he has a qualification in Accounting he will find a job pretty quickly. There is shortage of qualified good accountants in the UK. Any of the Big Four (Accountants know who they are) will be happy to consider him for an employment.

was he born in India as if he has never been there he is not Indian, if he was born there why is he dreading going to his own country.PS please tell him were full.
