On the right buttom of your computerscreen there is time-date-region settings. Doubleclick it and choose timezone. You can now compare depending on cities. There are lots of states or cities with different time zones in same countries.

Do you have any idea there are 10 or 12 time zones in Russia? Not to mention 3 in the USA.

Which part of Russia? There are like eleven time zones in Russia. If you mean moscow, then it would be 4pm if it is 8am here (eastern time zone, united states).

That is a very bad question because there are a lot fo time zones in the US and a lot more time zones in Russia. You need to be more specific.

8+5 by my callculations, but of course Russia has a huge terrictory and not all of its in the same time zone,but it should be 13:00 in Moscov.

Look at a map. Count the timezones between yourself and the nearest point in the US, Then multriply by two( i,e two hours for each timezone) then add or subtract that from 8.

cold...seriously, it depends on where in the united states and where in russia. each country has a few time zones.

if it's 8am in the east part of USA - it's 4pm in Moscow, St Petersburg
