I personally don't like her. I don't see how she is this great person. I think she plays favorites with her guests and personally I think she against men. Give some details on why.

Ultimately, leave her. Not for anything she has or hasn't done, it's just that she never connected with me on any level

Eh? How's she against men? She has these better bedroom shows and I ain't talking about decorating. She also comes down pretty hard on drunk drivers, male or female.
Yeah, she's in a position to pick and choose with her guests because she can, just like Letterman and Leno and Ellen.
I know she's into empowering women, but I fail to see how that is anti-men. She was all over Bono's Red campaign. I can see why she'd be anti-Tom Cruise, though. What he did looked like it hurt, and she's done with pain for one lifetime.
I think it was really cool when she and Letterman got together on his show!

I am on the same page with you on Oprah. I think she's fake. She tries to help out others, but in the long run it only really helps her. Mostly a tax cut for her. I don't know if she is against men, she probably just can't get on. When you consume that much money it's difficult to find someone with the same status, such as back ground.

That is the garbage that doesn't matter, I myself look at how much she has done for her guests (not just the many gifts she gives) but keeping a single mother and her children off the streets. To the endless amounts of marriages she saved while having Dr. Phil on her show, to the amounts of self-esteem she has built in teenagers. As far as not liking men, I seriously doubt that seeing the fact that she has male guests on (who are successful, not just celebrities) I think she appeases to women more because she is a woman and she tackles alot more issues with women because we need it!!

I personally like her. I think from what I can see she's really nice and generous. She does have a heart but never seen her without the camera's. I don't think she is against men, she just doesn't want to get married.

That sounds good. She is constantly giving stuff away. But It isn't just to do it but she has to publicize the hell out of everything. She just gave her guests $1000 to give away. But, they have to film how they do it. That's just a good way to get two episodes out of one idea. You could anonymously give to charity.

I don't care for her, she is like wal-mart, she is just consuming. She gives a lot out, but it's like everyone is suppose to humble at her feet, because she has money now. I guess what did it for me, was the commercial about her new house. Tomorrows show, " I will be taking you to see my new house". Oh yeah, just what I needed was to get to see her new house. )O(

Yea, I think she is way to into herself, too. Why is she always on the cover of her own magazine? But yea, I'm not a fan of her either.

Take her- she really does give tons of her money to needy people- although she never gave any to me- and I am very needy! Maybe I'll look her up next time I am in Chicago.
