Use Symentec Corporate Edition.
Run windows in Safe mode with updated Antivirus Database,
It will surely remove it.
Also Remove entry from your Registry.
Run > Regedit
Find :Qiran

download . xoftspy & ewido antispyware . spybot . antispyware blocker . then scan pc in safe mode with them 1 at a time
