I know I can use Google to search only within one specific website, how can I search multiple sites simultaneously? (I do not want to browse multiple sites simultaneously. I want to determine the sites that should be searched for results.)

For example I want to search "Saddam” in 15 selected sites such as cnn.com, bbc.com ... simultaneously and without any search result from other sites.
Do you know any search engine or software to search multiple sites simultaneously?

It isn’t just about simultaneous searching it is about ranking and arranging search results.
