Numerology?
There are different systems of numbers. I like the one of 13 best, since this is a very ancient system, based on our 13 main energy fields. All ancient healing religions have used this system, including Jesus, choosing 12 disciples, making a group of 13 including himself.

You may want to learn more using the Bio*Chakra Life Task NumbersTM, based on the ancient healing system of 13, at http://www.biochakra.com

Other systems work with the numbers 1-9, such as common numerology and the enneagram.

There are also number systems of 10, 7 or 11, all part of the number 13 system. There does not seem to be any profound meaning in numbers higher than 13. Higher numbers appear as additions to or multiplications of the 13 system.

Adressing or 13 main energy field must empower us! Using only a part of it must imbalance us in the long run.

Good question!

As with all things, it depends on definition and language. The best definition of sin I've come across is "anything that separates you from God." I do not know how seeing 444 repeatedly or 1:11 or whatever separates you from god. Therefore, I would think no, it is not a sin. Many people of questionable morals have used religion to convince people that only *they* are capable of having a godly life. And they use that to scare other people into submission. Sin (and the threat of everlasting suffering in hell) is one of the tools that they have frequently used to put other people down. So don't worry about what is defined as a sin. Worry about what is in your heart, and if that brings you closer or further away from god.

Certain numbers are associated with certain traits and behaviours.
If something had to be done; and only one person had to make the decision; and that person was you; how would you approach the task? Decisively!
What if two people had to decide and you were one of them? Compromise!
Three people? The first thing that comes to your mind!
Four? Argument!
etc, etc,...

Therein lies the foundations of numerology, if that's what you meant by the question...

The study of the magical meanings of numbers and of their supposed influence on human life. It is a purported calculative means of obtaining information about one's personality, capabilities, and future. The basis of numerology is that numbers have an "inner nature" and "vibration." Numerological considerations include an individual's full name, birthplace, and birth date. (Numerological interpretation of one's name is called "onomatomancy.
