i saw up to the part where they found that the one car was filled w/jet fuel...
so who killed the one kid and why....and anything else happen?

The blonde did. She had the hydraulics raised by calling it with her cell phone she was trying to cause an accident for her film but cause the beheading instead. The boys father was arrested for stealing cars and jet fuel.

I had school last night and only saw the tail end but the girl w/ short blond hair *some sort of producer type* had the vic's hydraulic system rigged to her cell phone. She dialed his number and the car boosted up....just as his head was supposed to clear the wire. She said it was an accident...didn't mean to kill him. She just wanted a dramatic moment for the ratings.
The kid's dirt bag father was selling the stolen cars in South America.

Kinda funny too, the "jet" fuel they were stealing was aircraft fuel or Jet A fuel. Jet A fuel has no horsepower enhancing capabilities when it comes to cars.
