In your cam settings there should be a record option then sign up on youtube and click upload and follow the steps

Most of the webcam has record option in it. Click to record the video save it as MPEG or MPEG2. Register and you tube and then upload the file.

Open your webcam's software. It came on a cd along with the camera if you don't have it installed.

Check to see if it can record make sure you know where it saves the file and that's it.
