I don't know anything about the new homehub but I think I am right in saying that it's essentially a wireless router. So what you need to do is tell the router to accept all the stations that you've got. It is quite easy with my system but I don't know about this one. If it is a essentially a router then there must be somewhere for you to access the settings of the router. So on the main computer (I am assuming you still have power and you are able to use it, just that there is no network connections) that is connected, try to access the homehub. This may be something that you actually need to do on the hub of course. Somewhere there should be a link you can click to access the settings of the hub. Once there you need to access wireless access points and tell the system to accept the ones it can find, which should just be your own (they all have numbers on them, the IP address) select them and add them. Sorry I can't give precise details about what to press and where exactly you can find this but I hope it helps. Of course the next step is to try and get hold of BT.
Good Luck.

Have you plugged the router into the main computer
Is it receiving the broadband signal(are you set up for BB)
Do you have the filter fitted properly
does the other computer have a wireless ad apter, if it's a laptop is the wireless ad apter switched on
have you installed the BT hub drivers if working with Windows 98
If you haven't got a network card in your main computer you will need an adapter, if you have etherneted the router(yellow cable) have you plugged it into the back of the router.
First though is check for all the right lights on the router being coloured green especially the one for the internet,

I have a BT home hub and have yet to establish a wireless connection with my laptop - having said that, I'm grateful to have any connection at all considering it took 102 after activation to start working! I suggest you get someone who knows about computers to have a look so they can identify if it is a problem at your end, or a problem with BT. If the problem is with BT then all I can say is good luck, it could take them a while to sort it out.

If you are having problems creating a network for your home, most cable providers offer in home setup. If you have another isp, then you may be able to contact them and have them walk you through it.
