I usually don't really wake up until after I step out of the shower.

I wake up immediately. At first I use to struggle to get out of bed. But I have learned that no matter what I have to get out sooner or later. So might as well just get the h*** up and deal with it! Once I am in the shower, I am wide awake! God I wish I could hit the lottery!

That depends on whether or not I actually sleep, but I'm like you, I'm not really awake until I'm out of the shower, which is why I have to do that first thing.

A few seconds-- about 30... If I didn't get much sleep the night before, I press the snooze button and stay in bed for an extra 9 minutes... :-)

Once I'm at work, I have no choice but to wake up! When I'm at home getting ready, I'm a complete zombie getting ready on auto pilot!
