try to adjust screen resolution.

If you are seeing the windows in a reduced part of your total computer screen then you have accidently reduced the horizontal span of your computer's monitor. Look at the buttons on your computer's monitor. Which will open a menu on the screen when you press it, and you can adjust the display properly.

if your talking about your internet web browser window, open a new one, minimise it , then stretch to full. once thats done. close it.
when you open your web browser again it should fill the screen

If you have downloaded ie7 look in right hand corner thesetting should be 100% if not click on it and alter setting

Look sounds like you have a virus. OK do this. Restore your settings back to a day when everything was ok. This should take care of your problem.
