they look unreal and you have to have them reclaced every 5 to 10 years,some women are allergic to the silicone shell the ones the saline are put into cause major problems and i like the natural feel and look of a breast in all its beauty and splendour

Personally I dont like Breast implants due to the fact that I like to be a natural beauty breast implants are big and unnecessary, you dont need 36 D breast to look more attractive or to make guys like you thats my personal opinion I am a 32 B and ive never been happier with my beautiful small perky breasts, there is nothing like natural breats

Too expensive for what they are, why undergo an unnecessary anaesthetic and operation?, may explode, need replacing, look fake, the operation is painful...

And I think that the majority of men don't even like them. I saw a programme about a load of women who wanted bigger boobs and they all found alternative solutions to their problems and I have to say that all of them were over-reacting anyway.

I can understand having a boob reduction, for health reasons, back problems e.t.c.

But I just think that breast enlargements are so unnecessary, why should anybody worry so much about their personal appearance? It's not that important. Haven't people got anything more important to think about?

Obviously a very personal decision and I'll give you a very personal answer.

I *really* do not like them. I've had only one girlfriend that had them. To be honest with you - the feeling of them was *very* unnatural to me. She was a beautiful girl, great personality but had these *things* attached to her body that had no appeal to me.

You'll undoubtedly hear from many guys that are all for them. My opinion is just from one guy that is more interested in the woman than in the breasts.

Neither for nor against. It's a personal decision. I can understand, to an extent, if you're naturally a very small cup size. Luckily nature endowed me with a decent size so it's a decision I'll never have to face. But if it's something someone decides to do because it'll make them happier with their body, who am I to judge?

I find they just don't look quite right, its usually pretty obvious they're plastic because of their shape (to spherical) and the way gravity doesn't seem to affect them.

I find they look the woman look like either a porn star or a hooker. Which i suppose is okay if you want to look like that, but it ain't my cup of tea.

I'd rather a girl had smaller naturals than bigger fakes (and this is coming from a breast man)

Against it and why...because they feel very unnatural and some women does it for the wrong reason...they enlarge it to satisfy men or to attract more men. I just feel that if you want to do something that life changing- you have to do it for yourself-to be more comfortable in your own body and not do it for the opposite sex!

For. Only if your going to do it to make yourself feel better. I have had a breast reduction to make me feel better on the NHS and i dont regret it one bit! I had it done when i was 20. Why go through life feeling miserable about yourself if you can change it. (within reason)

I am against it because God made you the way he wants you to be and by adding fake breats, something God did not intend you are damaging his work. Who cares if you have small boobs anyway?? 10 years from now will it matter what anyone else thinks. Screw em!!!

why bother, in the long run you are only doing it to impress the boys, when you break all the reasons down you will alwaly some to the conclusion that you did it for sex ??? against
