Lots of airlines service the Boston to Orlando route. Southwest Airlines is not among them. Southwest does not have a presence in Boston.

Delta has the most non-stop flights on the route you are asking about. It would be my airline of choice because it has a hub here---which is handy when there are flight delays and/or cancellations. That means if you miss a flight, there is another one scheduled shortly. The only other airlines with non-stop service between Boston and Orlando are American and Jet BLue.

The following airlines serve the route, but they all have connections: AirTran, US Airways, Continental, United & Northwest.

JetBlue and Delta nonstop, American seasonally has nonstops too. Almost any other airline will fly as well, but with connections. (USAirways through Pittsburgh, Charlotte, Washington-National, or Philadelphia, Continental through Newark, United through Washington-Dulles). I fly dozens of times a year and almost every time JetBlue is actually MORE expensive so they're not necessarily the best deal.

SALESCOAC not entirely accurate: Southwest does fly from Boston-Manchester Regional Airport (also from Providence) but just not from Boston-Logan International .

Southwest flies from Manchester, NH and Providence, RI. Both are not far from Boston. They usually have good prices.

JetBlue has the best bang for your buck. Delta, USAir are among others that fly between the two.
