what Bekha said is right... cardio exercises (running, swimming, biking) and sit-ups and crunches in conjunction with cutting junk food, will help. if you cant swim, dont have a bike.. too fat to run... then I suggest walking. And change your breathing style. Its the easiest trick in the book. The correct process of breathing is to inhale air into your chest not to your tummy. so when walking or running or while doing anything at all.. always breath into your chest (expand the chest) and when exhaling pull your stomach inside (dont put too much pressure). Slowly you will start breathing this way subconsciously. this will shape your chest portion & also reduce your belly size. Running is the best solution but if you are overweight you might end up damaging your ankles or knees. If you cant run walk, walk less in the beginning, take breaks if you have to, then gradually increase the distance. And breathing is the key, if you get your breathing right, you will get in shape.

See, u can lose all fat by some light exercises such as yoga etc. or go on for light diet....eat more but nutritious, like boiled vegetables etc. by doing this u will be doing a kind of dieting and that will make u lose fats...
