The way I download is to use Windows Media player.Download all your CD's onto there,a play list will be made..Then Basically all you do is click onto the Sync tab and all the music thats on your media player will then be transferred to your MP3 player, its that simple..

Firstly you need to connect the mp3 player to your computer(probably using a usb2 cable) and fill out the registration documents etc. You should have a cd that will install the files you need onto the computer. When this is done, it will likely lead you to a site from which you can down load such as i-tunes or one affiliated to your particular mp3 player. Once on there, is as simple as answering a few questions, setting up an account, credit card details etc. The site will guide you through the process. When that's done, you are free to pick whichever tracks you like and probably download tracks from cds that you already own. There will be software downloaded onto your computer which will make this easy for you. Hope that helps.

Use bearshare babe
then when u have the songs u wanted on your hard drive
plug the usb cable into the pc and plug the other end
to your player [obviously]
when u do this considering u have windows xp
windows xp should find your player without having to install any drivers choose the option [open folder to view files]
and you will see whats in the player then drag all the mp3's

If it comes with a USB port then just download the music to your PC put the USB cable in then just drag and drop from music files to your mp3 file. Or if no USB port you should have got a PC software disc with your mp3 player. Hope this helps (",)

it should be pretty easy, basically, u just connected it to your computer ( usually an usb connection through a cable or port) then u could just open your mp3 file in "my computer" and copy and paste files inside the file before unplugging the mp3 player again and your done.
