The way they kill the people and turn them into wax people is gross! Actually, the people were not dead yet and were still alive when they became wax! You can watch it on Youtube

The Passion of The Christ.

And I will get SO much flak from hardcore Christians about this, but you know what? Just because I said a movie about Jesus sucked doesn't mean Jesus himself sucked.

But the Passion was the most unnecessary, disgusting violence I've ever seen - and I don't mind violence. I mean, Mel's "opus" gave Asian horror movies a run for their money.

Ok I can't just give one movie, Hostel is one and the other is the Saw series. That are the two most brutal.

I think I will go with Hostel. It was disgusting in more ways than one though. Gruesomely disgusting and storyline disgusting (more of a disappointment)....

Starship Troopers 2, when the female commander puts the shotgun to her chin, blows a hole through her skull and the bug-alien slowly oozes out of her head. That and Cannibal Holocaust. Man, it looked so damn real when those Indians cut the guys dick off.........ugh.

Some are just vile for how they approach the plot ("Myra Breckinridge"), others for how graphic the violence ("Irreversable"), still others for an insensitivity for the plot and it becomes too uncomforable to watch ("Boxing Helena") and some and just place disturbing ("Freaks")

Potentially, it may be a cheap-jack horror film "I Spit on your Grave", for the unrelenting gruesomeness

You haven't seen disgusting until you've seen Gates of Hell.

Hostel

the "protagonists" are such jerks in the beginning of the movie that you don't really feel that bad when they're being tortured to death by bored rich people, but the violence is still difficult to watch. The characters crying and vomiting don't help either.
