I have a Toshiba Satellite 2435-S255 Laptop which I bought like 4 years ago. It has given me some problems before but has been fixed, etc. But a few months ago, my CD-R/DVD ROM just stopped reading disks. The tray opens fine but when I insert a disk it acts like if there was nothing there. When I try to access the CD-ROM it says "Please insert a disc into thr Drive". I've tried cleaning the lens with a cotton ball, and I've tried disabling the hardware and enabling it again, but nothing work. I'd appreciatte any help.

The laptop recognizes the CD-RW/DVD ROM and ejects the tray and everything, but it does not read any CD or DVD, I have never opened a laptop, is it dificult? Or should I get someone who knows to do it?
