No, if I didn't understand a word he was saying, I wouldn't date him. Since my French isn't that fantastic he would have to speak English, then I would have no problem dating a French man.

Of course not. While a man's nationality has absolutely nothing to do with why I would date him or not, communication certainly plays an important role.

Yeah hell I would. Sometimes dating isn't about getting to know each other (with words and details) but REALLY getting to know each other (where words are not required). Sometimes words are not necessary to understand each other.
