I use my shower as a place where I can pray or sing or just think. I have a hetic life life and the shower is one of the only places in my house where I can be alone.

If I'm in a hurry about 10 minutes. Usually about 20-25 mins in the shower.

Depends on how I feel. If I'm in a hurry 10 minutes. But if I have all the time, probably 30-40 minutes. I like to just stand there and let the warm water run over my head. Relieves me of some stress, I suppose.

40 minutes? if you are talking about the shower then isn't that a waste of water? if it's a bath then that sounds like a nice peaceful time, nothing wrong with that.
I take a 3-5 minute shower. I've got a system down: wet hair & body, put shampoo in hair, soap body, then rinse hair, rinse body, there I'm done! I know some people who tend to take a longer shower, but it's like they're having a party in there and it wastes water and gas (that heats the water.)

5 minutes in the shower. An hour or two in the bath. I take the tv in to the bathroom and just keep topping up the hot water. Bliss..

A shower is usually fast, say 30 seconds to a minute. You shower just to refresh your body. Now if you bathe, it may take 1 minute to an hour depending on how thorough you clean yourself.

40 minutes? You are either very clean or very frisky. 10 minutes in the shower - sometimes 20 in the bath to relax.
