We share music files within our church's worship team (with permission) for each artist that visits each week. We used to use CD's and it was a total hassle getting these to all of the musicians in time for them to learn their parts before the weekly rehearsal. Then came Pando... check it out. It was our answer and will hopefully be yours. All my best...

Ok! If you have a format which is compatible in Windows Movie maker then go there and split your video in to 2 or 3 files then send them one by one through different mails to your friend and then again join the movie when it is reached to your required place. I hopes that it will help you

MSN Messenger.
From top pulldown menu, select File>>Send File or Photo. I've sent large files before. It's quite a fast protocol and very reliable.
You could also place it on a web server. Most internet providers allow you a certain amount of disk space. Mine gives me 80 MB. You simply place it on there, then provide a link to it in the e-mail. The person clicks on the http://... address of the file, and voilà.

reserve it two times as document a million and as document 2 then delete the 2d 1/2 of document a million and delete the first 1/2 of document 2. this would make the archives sufficiently small to deliver one after the other. yet another option is (presented you and your recipient have EZ-Zip) compress the document then deliver it that way. I have 3 different digital mail addresses with different companies. Juno (which very much restricts the length of attachments), Yahoo (which i have not use to deliver archives yet) and Verizon (which i have not run into any limits yet) each and each and every is different. See if there is a few way you are able to sign up for yet another ISP, one which would want to be able to attend to larger packets (archives).

its highly unlikely many free services will let you do this even paid for services. It would take along time to send. The best bet would be to package it on to a cd and send via post far easier
