When you bought your phone you should have had a CD rom with it to download onto your computer. This should instruct you on converting your photos. Also, you should have been provided with a USB lead to attach the phone to the USB port on the computer.

Bluetooth, get a dongle for about 15 pounds. Insert into PC USB port, turn Bluetooth on on phone, PC and phone find each other, then can do file transfers on Windows Explorer. Unless you got a USB cable with the phone, in which case connect phone to PC and I think XP will guide you through setup.

Madribena has the right answer. The V3 comes with software on a CD that you install to your PC, and a USB lead that connects your phone to the PC. I know this is the case, as I downloaded my daughter's photos from her pink V3 to her PC last night.

Motorola Moble Phone Tools Version 3.28, and a USB lead, as supplied with the phone.

Did you receive a cable with your phone?? Most phones come with a USB cable so that you can transfer. If not try to go back to the shop where you got the phone from and you should be able to buy one from there.

Although it may depend on how old your phone is. My old phone was about year old and I wasn't able to transfer photos.
