You are a true friend to care! On one hand, you should tell her parents and hopefully they will intervene. She is only 14, she is way underage. On the other hand, you could not say anything and her life may spiral downwards, who knows! No one should be forced in to having sex, and the fact that she is being bullied into it is no good, she needs to get out of the situation. If you choose to intervene, she is going to hate your guts for a while, but I assure you, she will get over it in time. I do not envy you and the decision you have to make, and I wish you the very best of luck.
Are you saying she started having sex at 12 years old? Then dont delay, do something about it!

Do her parents know about her behavior? This is really their job, not yours. I know this is tough for you but you can only live your life, not hers. Tell her your opinion about the matter and then you have to let it go, trying to force her either way will only drive a wedge between you. I hope if she still feels that she has to go through with it she uses protection, nothing is more sad that a 15 year old mother with herpes.

It's good that you care about her.
It's bad that you have more than one girlfriend.
It's also bad that she's sleeping with someone, even though she has a boyfriend.
It's also very bad that she's having underaged sex.
You need to stress the significance of sex, and why it's a bad idea to sleep with a sleazebag who begs for it. Seriously, she's almost throwing it away on someone who doesn't deserve it. She's worth more than that, and as good as it feels, and as wonderful as it is, she needs to wait until she finds someone more special to share it with.

Try to divert her interest into somethin else, or try to hook her up with a younger boyfriend if she is dating an older guy. In the meantime, stick around and prepare to ease her pain when the regret comes... Thats what friends are for.
