absolutely! By sharing what I know with others, it is a win-win situation. If you just read books, you can learn a lot but it is much less interactive.

Eh....when you're asking if I'm learning from others, and then consequently start using this knowledge....I sure DO, I love to learn new stuff.
If you mean : am I using it in a mean way...like : someone else has a great idea, shares it with me, and then I go and take the credit for it??
I'd never do that, the "victory" would taste way too bitter.
