Tough call.
Both have a rarther quirky approach to life in NYC.
For every Soup Nazi, there's an Ugly Naked Guy.
Ultimately, I give it to Seinfeld, only for being more daring (The Backwards episode, the Puffy Shirt Episode, George and the Bubble Boy), and that is a whisper-thin margin at best (Smelly cat song, Kathleen Turner as drag queen Dad, Ross's botched wedding were some good entries as well)
