That depends on the number, the gender. For example, a group of many (over 10) is called a choir. 4 separate voice parts together in only 4 singers is called a quartet. If it is 4 men singing a specific type of song, it can be a barbershop quartet. 8 singers in 4 part harmony is called an octet.
You can also have 2 singing jazz, called a jazz duo.

It depends on the type of music. Rock singers are called groups, ( or noisy exhibitionists, depending on the age of the person answering,) large directed groups of singers are called choirs.
