Nothing will happen man. It's vacuum out there, no nitrogen CO2 and so on.. so no decomposition can take place.

It will probably disintegrate, but I am not sure how long it would take. Certainly longer than if on the earth, less things to help it decompose. Also if on the dark side of the moon where it is much colder, the poor chicken may last for a very long time.
Are you thinking of raising chickens on the moon? Well, if there were large sealed barns with oxygen and water and so forth, it could be done. It would be easier than attempting to outfit each with a little suit, and figure out how to get water and food to them, and to keep their pants clean.

Nothing will happen provided oxygen is available.
