I would assume that you are asking on behalf of a man as your avatar is a woman....
I think it could be probably the way you put on the condom after foreplay and before sex. Try putting on the condom in an erotic manner with more stimulation and not just focus on putting on the condom.
Try out different types of condoms that also help to enhance sexual pleasure..

Condoms come in all shapes and sizes--so do penises. Many times a condom is too small and cuts off the circulation to the penis, thus eliminating the erection. Have him try a larger condom. Latex makes the "magnum" brand, which is a larger size.

thicker male condoms reduce the senstation when wearing it, try the thinner one, or go to a doctor, maybe they guy couldn't make it that long
