Try a dry foundation instead of a liquid foundation.
If you have any hair there you can remove them or you can bleach them.
And finally there is shading with a lighter foundation.
Good Luck

Make sure your moisturiser is completely dry before you put your foundation on, and make sure you've applied it evenly and over the whole of your face. It sounds like you've either missed a bit with your moisturiser, or you haven't let it dry properly. Try a powder foundation which you apply with a small sponge for really even coverage. I'd recommend getting samples from all the stands in, for example, Boots or Debenhams, to see if you can find one which really suits your skin. You may pay a bit more than you're used to but it will be worth it in the long run. Good luck.

a quick cheap soulition lip wax would remove the hair there and then, if u are bit unsure about waxing why not try buying a facial removal cream u can pick them up pretty much anywhere and have the privacy of doing that in your own home or alternativly u could splash the cash and get laser hair removal or epilation (needs several appoinments)and remove the hair pemantly! which ever u pick goodluck!

dont use a liquid foundation, instead use a cream based 1, and follow wth loose powder.
also if u hav any hair on ur upperlip, thread it or bleach it, coz this also cud b a reason 4 a moustachy shadow.

sometimes foundation clings to the fine hairs above the lip, making them appear thicker.
i would either mix moisturising cream with a bit of foundation to thin out the foundation
OR
remove the hairs ie. waxing or (less painful) hair removal cream

Yes, one can gelp. Stop using that foundation. If you want a moustache, grow a real one then people will not have any doubt.
