Ummm... if you've been watching the news he has all ready been prosecuted. He is going to be hung.
Should he be prosecuted for killing 148 people who supposedly tried to assasinate him? I think it depends if the people actually tried to assasinate him.
And that is just one of the crimes he has commited.
How ignorant of people to blame Bush for everything! If you haven't done you're research don't make generalizing comments. Saddam is being judged by an Iraqi Court, not an American one.

Yes, you are right. Saddam prosecuted those who traited Iraq. The shites were the traiters and supporting Iran during the Iran-Iraq war in 1980s so what wrong he had done by punishing them. No nation of the world will support the traiters of their country.

Prosecution/no prosecution; What difference can it make? Coz what is done is done!! But if these will make a difference,I would say yes but if not,then why bother!
