I think it depends what you do on the net. If you are just researching something for school there should be no time limit. If your just goofing off, chatting, playing games and so on then 1 hour per day should be fine. Be carefull online as there are a lot of crazy people out there looking for young girls online who they can trick into telling them things or meeting them and so on.
For punishment - Use the honor system. If you get up and use the net when you should not then take away your phone privelidges.

I suggest giving you a certain amount of time on the internet each day.
Example: I used to get an hour each weekday on the computer for email, yahoo, myspace, aim, msn, etc. That hour does not include when you have to type papers for school or anything. At first, it may seem hard to deal with, but soon I was out doing stuff with my friends instead of sitting at the computer talking to them.
I no longer feel the need to check email every 5 minutes or be constantly logged onto myspace. This should help you alot. Have your mom take the internet cord from the computer once the hour is up.

there is not any such situation as a suitable spouse or mom. no person is acceptable, and you'llcontinual your self nuts attempting to be suitable that may lead directly to melancholy. the main suitable situation you're able to do is to purpose your toughest to be their on your husband and your infants. there is not any idealistic way of doing the two, you basically attempt the main suitable you may. What you're saying sounds fairly on the fringe of the Fifties, better halves and mothers... right here is something you may study.

I would suggest to your mother to take the power cord from the computer and lock it up during the week so you CAN'T get on the net whenever you want. If you think that's terrible, my mom used to take the cords and handsets (if the phone was cordless) when I was grounded so she knew I wasn't on the phone before she got home.

How about you just listen to your mom? Try and find a new hobby. When you cant sleep at night, write in a journal, read a book, clean your room. Do something productive and helpful.
