Our Prime Minister is the most highly educated compared to all the Prime Ministers of other countries. A gentleman to the core with a clean image and is not a politician like the previous PMs of India, but was dragged into politics by the Nehru family's Italian born daughter-in-law and widow of Rajiv Gandhi. He would not have dreamt of becoming the PM of India but for the 'drama' enacted by the Italian bron 'bahu' when public sentiment was against a foreigner occupying the PMs chair. Look at the sequence of events after parliamentary election results were announced. She got her elected as the leader of the Congress Parliamentary Party, secured letters of support from her electoral allies and met the President staking her claim to form the Government. But, after meeting the President, this Italian born lady did a somersault and told the Press that she never wanted to be the PM. Her action was termed as an 'unparrallel sacrifice' in the history of India by the Congress Party, the same party that organized the 'Quit India' movement against the British in the Indian pre-independance era. The Congress party gave the proprietory rights of naming the PM of India to their Italian born leader. Accordingly, the Italian lady who had gone to meet the President as 'Prime Minister-Designate' sacrificed the post and named Dr.Manmohan Singh. I hope, you are now clear as to who is our Prime Minister.
