Most of this is Entertainment for Some.
You get a few good answers, a lot of crappy ones.
I know it's annoying!, but what can you expect???

If you mean who do not read questions properly, you have a point but not everybody is a native English speaker and maybe they are not as attentive as they should be.
On another thought, there is no reason why people who do not agree cannot answer. If you ask a question it means you need information, but if you already know the answer to your question and only want to hear a certain point of view then why post the question to begin with!

If they are posting crap like above REPORT THEM for "NOT A QUESTION OR ANSWER" or "POINT GAMING"
