"Liar, liar, pants on fire,
Hanging from a telephone wire!"

If you are telling the truth, you:

"Cross my heart and hope to die
Stick a needle in my eye
If I ever hope to lie."

"liar liar pants on fire", but that's a little too sophisticated for a childrens rhyme
