Hard boiled egg white is the only way to do this but guppys are vegetarian in the wild and it is not reccommened,
Scalded lettuce or cucumber raw is much better for them.
If it is for larger carnivores like oscars it would be ok in small amounts.
I have kept fish for over 30 years and now own a pet store

As has been said the only way is to use hard boiled egg yolk (not the white ever). Use only a *very* tiny amount (maybe a sixteen of a teaspoon) and only when you're trying to get new babies or in a quarantine tank with sick guppies as in both cases the sulfur in the egg yolk is beneficial. The sulfur *will* stink up the tank but with decent filtration and a carbon change after usage things clear up in short order.

As I always do here is the link to all things guppy

??? guppies are not vegitarians...
they love mosquito larvae. their whole physiology was design for eating stuff on the surface of the water like insects.

they're omnivoruos really munching on algae and such too.

eggs foul the water pretty easily.. I've fed fries with egg yokes though.

Personally I would NOT feed any dairy product to a fish. It is not a natural food. If you want to give them a treat put some well washed cucumber in...they love it!
